Rain, rain, rain! Happy to have seen Tromsø in the sun yesterday. Also there was a change of plan: Oden would not go into the harbour. Instead a small boat took us to the big ship. Our cabins were nicely prepared when we arrived: name tags on the doors and bed linen already in place – thank you galley girls! Ate lunch, unpacked, checked all my instruments (all fine!), welcomed other scientist who had arrived... And then FOOTBALL – France against Germany in the World Cup quarterfinals! Or not... first a bad satellite connection and then an information meeting after dinner... At least Germany won (happy Lisa!)...:) Sorry France.
