Josef Bull
Artists have participated in polar expeditions throughout history. the Swedish Polar Research Secretariat follows this tradition of inviting artists to accompany research expeditions. The artists carry out own projects and share their experiences with diverse target groups.
Joseph Bull has been selected to participate in the expedition’s second leg. Joseph comes from Stockholm but lives and works in New York, USA. He is a conceptual sculptor and his work is characterised by a curiosity for the unknown and a desire to explore the relationship between technology and nature.
