We are now sitting in the ice. There is very low visibility and we have thick ice surrounding us, so it would be unwise to start merging through without knowing a way out. Therefore we are still in the ice until the fog has cleared out a little so we can make our choice of way better. Many, or most are sleeping. I just finished my work in the filtrations lab from the night. Calm night though. Nice after the intense period.

Also extremely peaceful to look out on the ice now when we are totally still. It feels like everything is frozen, not just the ice. There is a bit of a cycling of the fog. It creeps nearer, and makes the ship feel like a tale of old days with real adventure, and then it clears up again and you think that life is actually coming back.

Time to go to bed a little early now. Some extra sleep. Needed.

Fog, low visibility.

Oden stop at ice.
